Is there Shyness in the japanese Community or any other reason? and their Relation to a decrease in the population growth?

Japan population Decling Graph

as per the UN, Currently, japan has roughly 126.4 million people and it has decreased dramatically from 128.5 million population in 2010.In 2023. the median age of the Japanese population is 9.5 years. it’s Comparatively higher Compared to other Countries such as the U.S., China, and India. Shyness and their Relation with a Marriage and Birth Rate.

As per the rumor, the Japanese are more Shy than other Countries; is there any relation with marriage? Shy Individuals fear that they can make a poor impression when they meet strangers and Avoid Social interaction and Situations. For Example, avoid eating meals with known people and sitting with them. Secondly, when Shy people meet new people their intense level of anxiety leads them to behave to make a poor impression- Likely Limiting their Ability to form a New relationship.

Firstly, discuss Declining Birthrate: As per the different researchers, is there any relationship between working women and childbirth decline? In developed countries, if more women are employed then it’s a direct relation to an increase in the birth rate and fertility rate. However, japan is low ranking in both the fertility and female employment rate. The second factor is people who marry late and remain single: in Japan, the average age of women was 27.8 years in 2004 and increased by 2.4 years from an average age span of 20 years. here the couple’s age to marry each other has increased so they think of postponing their Family planning. Also, the fertility rate dropped to 2.09, now nearly all Japanese thought to have 2 Children in a family. another factor behind not having more children would be raising a Child is expensive. The government initiative is to increase the allowance for children and child health centers to boost the fertility rate and increase the population.

Furthermore, the Japanese government is also planning to Give promotions to boost the number of children. For Example, If an employee from a Government or any firm works as an account manager then he can be directly promoted to a higher position such as account director. In 2005, the Government passed an opinion poll among women on parenthood policy measures, where 69.9% responded was ‘economic Assistance Measures. In another Survey, 65.9% responded that ‘raising and educating children is too expensive for them’. after that, the Japanese government revised its family policy, 1) They have made employment compatible with bearing and raising children, improved child- care Centres, improved materiality leave, re-employment or promoted the position of an employee after raising a Children, measures to Balance Children and Work, Specially in Double income group where both Husband and Wife earn fair income.
